About Us
A more efficient, lower-cost approach to methane destruction. Zero cost to agriculture.
Our Mission
There are approximately 17,500 methane sources in the United States with no capture, no flare, and no plan. Dairy farms, swine operations, and wastewater treatment plants emit an estimated 45 million metric tons of CO2 equivalent every year from uncaptured methane.
Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) serves a purpose at large, pipeline-adjacent sites. But it requires $8-25M+ in capital, pipeline interconnection, and subsidy stacking -- leaving thousands of smaller sources without a viable solution. The minimum viable scale for RNG is 5,000+ head dairy, which excludes the vast majority of operations.
Cap-and-flare achieves the same methane destruction at 5-15x lower capital cost. No pipeline. No upgrading. No subsidy dependency. Zero cost to the waste generator. The value is in the destruction itself -- converting methane (80x the warming potential of CO2) to CO2 via enclosed flare, generating verified carbon credits in the process.
Our Approach
We cover 100% of the capital expenditure -- design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. There is zero upfront cost to the farmer or operator.
Our team handles all ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and equipment upkeep for the duration of the agreement. The operator's waste management process stays exactly the same.
We take 100% of carbon credit revenue until we reach 2x MOIC (typically 2-3 years). Then revenue splits 50/50 for the remaining contract term. The operator gets a new income stream from existing waste.
Experience
Our team has installed more lagoon cover systems than anyone in the country. This is not a startup experiment -- it is a proven technology deployed by the most experienced team in the industry.
Licensed professional engineers custom-design every system for your specific lagoon, waste stream, and regulatory environment.
Multiple fabrication facilities across the US. 10.9 million square feet of geomembrane fabricated per year. National reach with local execution.
24/7 remote monitoring, preventive maintenance programs, and rapid-response field teams. We do not just install -- we operate and maintain for the life of the agreement.
Connecting agricultural operations and municipalities with zero-cost methane destruction solutions. National reach across three regions.
